'Visit Denver' Launches $2 Million Tourism Campaign

Denver's tourism agency has launched a $2 million advertising campaign that markets Denver as a summer tourist spot. The theme of the campaign is “Denver’s Summer of Adventure.” Ads will run on radio, television and billboards and in national and regional magazines.

Print ads will appear in Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, Oprah and AARP magazines as well as regional magazines like Phoenix Magazine, Kansas City Magazine, D Magazine, and the Midwest edition of Budget Travel.

Visit Denver is also offering visitors to their website www.visitdenver.com/adventure the opportunity to design their own vacation to the area.
