Manufacturing Defect May Have Caused Southwest Incident
ABC News is reporting that a 1996 manufacturing defect may have caused or contributed to a 5 foot hole opening up in the ceiling of a Southwest jet during a flight last month. Investigators say rivets holding the airplane's skin together were not as tight as they should have been.
